1.5 oz Speakeasy Motors’ straight rye whiskey

1.5 oz Liquid Mercantile cacao hazelnut liqueur

2 dashes chocolate bitters

Shake with ice and serve up with cocktail cherries


Sour Cherry Manhattan

2 oz Speakeasy Motors straight rye whiskey

.75 oz Liquid Mercantile Sour Cherry Nocino

.5oz Sweet Vermouth

Bitters to taste

Stir with ice and serve in coupe glass with cocktail cherry


Sidepiece

1.75 oz Speakeasy Motors’ straight rye whiskey

.5oz orange liqueur 

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz 1:1 simple syrup or preferred sweetener

2 dashes orange bitters

4 drops 20% saline solution

Shake with ice and double strain into coupe glass.


North of Manhattan

1.5oz Speakeasy Motors’ straight rye whiskey

1.5oz Liquid Mercantile cacao hazelnut liqueur

1oz sweet vermouth (We like Method from New York)

2 dashes chocolate bitters

Shake with ice and serve up with cocktail cherry


Maple Old Fashioned

2oz Speakeasy Motors’or straight rye whiskey or maple rye

.5oz real maple syrup

Old fashioned bitters to taste 2-3 dashes usually

Stir over ice and serve over large rock

Garnish with orange twist and cocktail cherry



VODKA


Cafe de Vie

1.5oz Liquid Mercantile coffee flavored vodka

1.5oz Liquid Mercantile cacao hazelnut liqueur

1.5oz cold brew coffee

1 dash orange bitters

Shake vigorously with ice until frothy, pour over ice in rocks glass.

Garnish with shaved chocolate and dehydrated orange wheel or orange twist






Deville

1.5oz Liquid Mercantile whey vodka

.75oz dry vermouth

.5oz lemon juice

.5oz 1:1 simply syrup

2 dashes orange bitters

Shake and strain into collins glass with long ice cube. Top with sparkling water





Sour Cherry Spritz

1.5 oz Liquid Mercantile vodka

.75 oz Liquid Mercantile Sour Cherry Nocino

.5 oz fresh lime juice

4 oz seltzer water

Serve over ice


APPLE BRANDY

1.75oz Liquid Mercantile Apple Brandy

.5oz orange liqueur

.75oz fresh lemon juice

.5oz simple syrup

4 drops 20% saline solution

2 dashes orange bitters

Metropolitan

2oz Liquid Mercantile apple brandy

1oz sweet vermouth

2 barspoons 1:1 simple syrup

2 dashes aromatic bitters

Stir with ice and serve up with lemon twist




Apple Sazerac

2oz Liquid Mercantile apple brandy

2 bar spoons 1:1 simple syrup

2 dashes Peychaud bitters

Stir with ice

Spray coupe glass with absinthe and strain cocktail. Garnish with lemon twist
